Seeking an Electrical Engineer - Architecture/MEP firm
Description
Independently manages projects from conceptual design through construction closeout, multiple at one time. Provides support on larger projects to other Project Managers.
Leads in-house design teams of project engineers, project designers, technicians and outside consultants, and works well with Construction Managers and client representatives.
Assesses, understands and designs building engineering systems, i.e. building power, lighting, low-voltage systems and photovoltaic project systems.
Provides, coordinates and oversees production of construction documents and technical specifications for public bidding. Follows production schedules and is able to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines.
