Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location-Type: Onsite in Bethlehem, PA (5 days/week onsite) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $140-180K per year Job Description: Design and validate real-world hardware systems using next-gen MOSFET devices in a hands-on engineering environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design and test reference designs (buck, boost, LLC, half-bridge, motor drive, etc.) Create schematics, PCB layouts, and application notes Analyze system-level trade-offs for efficiency, thermal, and reliability Collaborate with device engineers and customers on performance validation Support marketing and customer teams with technical insights Present and demonstrate designs internally and externally Requirements: Must-Haves: BSEE (MSEE/PhD preferred or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience in SMPS or motor drive design Proficiency in common topologies (buck, boost, LLC, bridge variants) Ability to select and design power...
