Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Electrical Design & Engineering
  • Design electrical systems for solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging installations.
  • Prepare electrical calculations including load assessments, cable sizing, protection coordination, and fault level analysis.
  • Produce technical drawings and schematics using CAD or similar software.
  • Develop system layouts, single-line diagrams, and detailed installation designs.
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and relevant UK standards.
• Project Delivery
  • Provide engineering support throughout project lifecycle including feasibility, design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with project managers, installers, subcontractors, and clients.
