Reports To: Deputy Manager - Production
Location: Assembly Center, Dapodi, Pune
Key Responsibilities -
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs. Train operators and technicians on electrical practices, safety, and standard procedures. Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards across the production area. Act as a role model by demonstrating discipline, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture on the shop floor. Read, interpret and implement electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in machines, equipment, panels, and shop-floor installations.
