Kelly® Engineering is seeking an **Electrical Engineer** for a long-term contract-to-hire position at our industrial technology client in Dayton, OH.
This engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing electrical designs in consultation with the system, controls, firmware, and application software teams, in a series of prototyping, design, and production build phases to provide the system with the necessary component hardware.
**Targeted pay range** : $50-65/hr

This role supports the development of advanced positioning, control, and automation products for construction and mining equipment, leveraging IMUs, GNSS, lasers, optics, and sonics, to deliver precise horizontal and vertical machine guidance from concept design through large-scale production.
