Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of electronic components and systems used in casino gaming products. This role involves working in research, development, design, testing, analysis,production, construction, maintenance, and operation or electrical systems employed for gaming applications. The ideal candidate will select reliable components, document installation and maintenance procedures, and collaborate with users to define system requirements and modifications, all with a focus on advancing technology in the casino gaming industry. Designs new electronic circuit board assemblies based on required specifications using proper engineering techniques Troubleshooting of designs using test equipment and proper analysis techniques. Collaborates cross-functionally with other engineers to solve technical problems that exist with current manufacturing products and researching alternate component possibilities to assist with procurement issues that may arise. Creates firmware for electrical hardware that has been designed by Bally. Performs most assignments independently, within scope of defined program, with direction from senior level engineers Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering. Experience: One to three years of experience in Electrical Engineering design, analysis and testing. Experience in design and analysis of digital and microprocessor-based circuits. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of electrical engineering theory, principles and procedures Must have working knowledge with modern testing equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes, digital analyzers, multi-meters, function generators, and spectrum analyzers Ability to ensure proper PCB layout design and must be familiar with proper use of power/ground planes, split planes,EMI,impedance matching, transmission line affects, etc. Experience in developing digital circuitry including microprocessor architecture and programmable logic for various requirements Experience in designing analog circuitry including linear/LOO voltage regulators, switching regulators and a fundamental understanding of transistor design and analog circuit analysis Must have good computer skills and skills in preparing written and oral reports on research and design tasks Demonstrated ability to build,repair, and troubleshoot electronic systems and sub-assemblies This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and explore emerging technologies in the field of electrical engineering Experience with compliance standards and safety certifications.
