Program Overview The Electrical Engineer Ausbildung Program provides young Indian candidates with a structured pathway to build a successful technical career in Germany through its globally respected Duale Ausbildung (dual vocational training) system. This program blends theoretical education at vocational schools (Berufsschule) with paid, hands-on workplace training in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure environments. Participants gain in-demand skills across electrical installation, automation, maintenance, and energy systems. Upon successful completion, candidates receive a nationally recognized German qualification, enabling long-term employment, career growth, and permanent settlement opportunities in Germany. Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Instrumentation Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry. Proven expertise in pressure, flow, temperature transmitters, and leak detection systems. Practical experience with field instrumentation and control system integration. Familiarity with SIL, HAZOP, and functional safety concepts is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on root cause resolution.
