Program Overview

The Electrical Engineer – Ausbildung Program provides young Indian candidates with a structured pathway to build a successful technical career in Germany through its globally respected Duale Ausbildung (dual vocational training) system.


This program blends theoretical education at vocational schools (Berufsschule) with paid, hands-on workplace training in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure environments. Participants gain in-demand skills across electrical installation, automation, maintenance, and energy systems.

Upon successful completion, candidates receive a nationally recognized German qualification, enabling long-term employment, career growth, and permanent settlement opportunities in Germany.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Admission Requirements

·         Education: Minimum 12 years of formal schooling (Class 12 / Higher Secondary or equivalent)

·         Age Limit: 18 to 35 years at the time of application

·         Language Proficiency: German B1 certification from a recognized institute:

o    Goethe-Institut

o    Telc

o    ÖSD
