The Electrical Engineer – Ausbildung Program providesyoung Indian candidates with a structured pathway to build a successful
technical career in Germany through its globally respected Duale
Ausbildung (dual vocational training) system.
This program blends theoretical education at vocational schools (Berufsschule) with paid,
hands-on workplace training in industrial, commercial, and
infrastructure environments. Participants gain in-demand skills across electrical

Upon successful completion, candidates receive a nationally
recognized German qualification, enabling long-term employment,
