  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, clients, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure successful project execution.

  • Deliver critical design tasks such as power load, illumination, short circuit, and voltage drop calculations, basis of design reports, one-line diagrams, and specifications using cutting-edge tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.

  • Lead design activities for all project phases, including studies, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

  • Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers, driving quality and growth within your team.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems in compliance with relevant codes, ensuring coordination across disciplines.
  • Develop construction drawing packages and write specifications for projects with intermediate complexity.
  • Support construction activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, developing punch lists, and preparing progress reports.
  • Conduct field surveys to identify non-compliant conditions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive project quality by leading quality checks for small projects and maintaining high standards in electrical design and implementation.
  • Develop training presentations to share best practices within the electrical discipline.
  • Office Location

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) Registration in good standing (preferably in Missouri).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical systems design calculations.
  • Experience applying electrical codes and standards such as NFPA, IESNA, UL, OSHA, and/or IEEE.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
