Role and Responsibilities
Leading a team of 5 to 15 engineers for execution of projects.
Responsible for delivering projects on time with good quality.
Take ownership and responsibility of assigned task.
Support team in analyzing requirements and deriving project solutions.
Interact with customer to present technical solutions and verify technical aspect of project.
Build customer relation through good interactions and responsiveness.
Adhere to ISO/quality and technical standards of Quest in execution of the project
10 to 12 years of experience in Plant Operation, Maintenance & Reliability.
Good knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Hands on experience in maintenance of all Electrical equipments like Transformers, HT & LT Switchgears, Circuit breakers, ...
