Job Summary

Ameenji Rubber Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 2–10 years of hands-on experience in the rubber products or manufacturing industry. The role involves the design, installation, maintenance, and automation of electrical systems that power machinery such as mixing mills, hydraulic presses, and extruders.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, motors, control panels, and circuits.
• Automation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC connections and automation systems for production equipment.
• Design & Installation: Supervise electrical system installations including power distribution and panel boards, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations and company standards.
• Efficiency Optimization: Monitor energy consumption, perform load analysis, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Equipment Knowledge: Work with equipment like mixing mills, hydraulic presses, curing machines, and other rubber manufacturing machinery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, panel design, and electrical circuitry.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and automation technologies.
• Proven ability in preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems.
• Competence in load analysis and energy management.
• Experience in rubber, tire, or metal-based product manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–10 years of relevant industry experience (preferably with POT, PTFE, or Elastomeric Bearings).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inspection software/tools.
