Position - Electrical Engineer

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications - B.E. / B. Tech. - Electrical

Experience - 5-10+ Years in Design Engineering (Mandatory)

Industry - Oil & Gas

Immediate Joinee Preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Electrical design including Lighting Design for various plant, building, office areas & preparation of the DB schedule, Lighting layout for the same.
• Preparing specifications for Luminaries DB’s, Transformers, DG sets, LV/MV/HV panels, etc. and Material of Quantities for Cables, Lighting, Earthing etc.
• Instrumental in the preparation of RFQs, Cable Router Layout, Earthing Layout, Cable sizing and Cable & Drum Schedule.
• Preparing Technical Bid Analysis for Electrical equipment.
• Prepare SLD’s for HV & MV Panel MCC, PCC, PDB & LDB.
• Perform System Studies.
• Responsible for Cable Scheduling, Motor & Heater control schedule, Electrical Panel Schedule, Field Wiring Diagrams, Load list, Inter Connection cable Schedule, IO List.
• Handling of client technical specification and translating these into machine requirement.
• Continuous learning in field of product knowledge and Oil and Gas equipment.
• Perform other duties as required from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
• Vendor document review for various packages e.g. ehouse, EDG Package, GEG Package etc.

Technical Required Skills

• Familiarized with Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Systems, including Load analysis and Protection schemes.
• Design and engineering of E-house/substation internal and external utilities with applicable standards & best engineering practice.
• HT & LT switchgear design & protection metering schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including timelines & resources with effective collaboration with other teams.
