Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, quality, and drafting departments.
+ Research and proactively troubleshoot electrical issues.
+ Design and test new equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
+ Create and maintain accurate bills of materials and electrical designs.
+ Oversee two drafters, providing guidance and support.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical wiring.
+ Experience with thermocouples and RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and independently solve problems.
