Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all electrical aspects throughout the project lifecycle:
  • Design electrical control systems for potential projects in the early stages, including hardware schematics and software programming.
  • Engage in all electrical-related tasks during the project lifecycle to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all electrical design documentation.
  • Coordinate electrical design work across all project phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Responsible for electrical design work, including wiring diagrams, control system design, and PLC programming.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the mechanical department to conduct feasibility and manufacturability assessments.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical engineering practices.
  • Monitor project operations during later stages and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Implement risk management strategies: identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, provide project updates, and promptly identify and resolve risks and issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the after-sales team, and offer technical consultation and support to the sales team.
  • Maintain the integrity and synchronization of all project documentation on servers (drawings, programs, photos, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical control development and design in the non-standard automation industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in mainstream PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-200, S7-300) with at least 3 years of experience, familiar with related communication and network modules.
  • Experienced in HMI programming and design (e.g., Siemens HMI) with at least 3 years of experience, familiar with standard HMI programming rules.
  • Knowledgeable in selecting electrical components and understanding their characteristics.
  • Proficient in mainstream electrical drawing software (e.g., CAD, Eplan).

Language:

  • English proficiency sufficient for working communication, strong in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel overseas and work in diverse cultural environments.
