Electrical Engineer – Mott MacDonald Bentley | MMB

We are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to be based in Madrid or Seville and join our growing Water team to support Mott MacDonald Bentley’s work with the @one Alliance and Anglian Water. The role supports a mission to create a sustainable and resilient future for water with a £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation.

What you will be doing as our new Electrical Engineer

As a talented and driven Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you will provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems
  • Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels)
  • Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams)
  • Specify and select required instrumentation based on the process design
Qualifications and experience
  • Educated to degree level in a Electrical Engineering related subject
  • Experience of electrical engineering, ideally in the Water or Wastewater sector
  • Member of a professional body
  • Advanced Level of English / ability to work in English
  • Willing to travel to UK on a regular basis
