Electrical Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a professional who can consistently meet service expectations, support wider building services maintenance needs, and represent the company to a high standard. The role includes proactive, reactive, and compliance-driven activities, as well as participation in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within agreed SLAs.
• Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installation tasks across client sites.
• Support wider building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related duties.
• Provide callout response as part of the regional callout rota.
• Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work.
• Ensure all electrical equipment performs to specified criteria and operational standards.
