You will ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide post-sales support for core products. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and technical issues. Knowledge of customer service processes is essential, along with experience in a BPO environment being a plus.
