ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Engineer in Burlington, TX.
Electrical Engineer Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Engineer in Burlington, TX is between $75,000 - $130,000.

Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities
Maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, and recurring system reports
Support installation, configuration, and testing of integrated network systems in alignment with design packages
Assist with staging, commissioning, and troubleshooting during project execution
Stay current on advancing technologies and product capabilities through weekly industry research
Collaborate with System Engineers to ensure solutions meet operational and performance requirements
Partner with the Design team to resolve technical issues and improve design accuracy
Recommend workflow enhancements that reduce cost and improve efficiency for future deployments
Provide ongoing operational support for high-performance computing environments
Monitor system utilization and performance metrics with guidance from senior engineers
Develop user-friendly documentation, operating procedures, and interface guidelines for end-users
Produce material lists and support procurement for system implementation
Electrical Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics preferably from an ABET accredited program
2-7+ years experience supporting technical programs of similar scope and complexity
Electrical Engineer Desired Skills & Expertise
Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary engineering groups
Ability to manage timelines and maintain quality standards under shifting priorities
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
Electrical Engineer Work Environment & Physical Expectations
Regular computer usage and prolonged seated work
Ability to manipulate tools, devices, and keyboards
Clear verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to analyze technical information and apply engineering principles to solution development
Active listening and collaboration across all project levels
