We are seeking Senior Electrical Engineer in the maintenance section is responsible for the leadership, reliability, and continuous improvement of all electrical systems. This role is a combination of hands-on technical expertise, team management, and strategic planning.

Roles

The senior electrical engineer holds a multifaceted role in the foundry's maintenance operations.

  • Team leader: Supervises and mentors junior engineers and technicians, assigning and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Technical expert: Serves as the highest level of technical authority for complex electrical and electronic systems within the plant.
  • Strategic planner: Develops and refines maintenance strategies, such as preventive and predictive maintenance programs, to maximize equipment reliability.
