Electrical Engineering Apprentice

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Electrical Engineer to join our Birmingham team and learn what it takes to carry out the design of electrical services on projects in the UK and worldwide. You will assist with detailed electrical building services engineering design and analysis and help define and translate client requirements into workable designs for buildings, facilities and services (electrical distribution and power generation, security and access control) with sustainability at the forefront of the design. Training will be provided on cable sizing and protective device settings selection and how to use calculation software such as Amtech, SKM or Etap. During the apprenticeship you will have day-release to study for appropriate academic qualifications at Coventry University, and beyond the apprenticeship Cundall can support you towards chartership status with the IET.
