REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills. J.D., active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice, and admission to the USPTO are required.
