**Job Description**
**Job Duties**
+ Lead bid processes to develop winning proposals in collaboration with other business lines or offices.
+ Participate in large tender process.
+ Manage and lead the performance of the assigned HV&MV team.
+ Lead the HV&MV team with responsibility and dependability, with a strategic and critical thinking, considering the needs of the projects and the team necessity with a flexible approach.
+ Contribute to design development, design risk and mitigation and value engineering, regarding HV&MV voltage systems.
+ Carry out risk assessments and provision of design information for Health and Safety management.
+ Attend design team meetings as appropriate.
+ Obtain design information from sub-consultants and equipment suppliers.
+ Liaise with CAD/BIM modellers for production of drawings.
+ Check and approve detailed design information including calculations and draft design drawings.
+ Produce technical reports and technical specification.
+ Check project specifications and standards for construction.
+ Ensure that the technical and safety standards are maintained in all aspects of design work in order that successful project implementation and future reliability is achieved.
**Minimum Qualification**
+ Experience in design of medium voltage distribution systems.
+ Experience in design of high voltage substations.
+ Strong competency in written Spanish and oral communication is required.
+ Strong competency in written English and oral communication is required.
+ MSc Electrical Engineering background.
**Specific Skills Required** **(Hiring manager completion required, mandatory)**
Competency in any of the below skills are relevant and will be an advantage:
+ Medium Voltage distribution systems project experience.
+ High Voltage substations project experience.
+ Grid studies (load flow, short circuit, grounding).
+ Preparation of technical specification.
+ Knowledge of protection systems. Selectivity and coordination.
+ Software: ETAP, Autocad.
+ Team builder.

+ Proven engineer experience. (between 8 and 15 years).

+ International experience and knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
+ High voltage experience will be evaluated positively.
+ Valuable Professional registration.
+ Valuable knowledge of French and/or Italian.
