Electrical Engineering Manager

Our client, a leading electrical solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting utility, industrial, and commercial power system projects. This role oversees electrical system design, power system studies, protection & control work, and project execution to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. Hybrid schedule with travel to project sites throughout Texas and the company's office in the San Antonio area, plus 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers (up to 12 staff).
• Oversee power system studies—load flow, short circuit, arc flash, coordination, harmonics, motor-starting, and DC analysis.
• Review and design protection & control schemes for substations, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Support testing, commissioning, QA/QC, and field walkdowns.
