Electrical Engineering Manager

We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and support a growing engineering team delivering complex, custom automation and electrical projects across multiple industries, including national infrastructure programs.

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining technical contribution with people and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the electrical engineering team
• Provide hands‑on technical input in project planning, design, and problem-solving
• Act as primary technical point of contact for customers
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers, including onboarding new hires
