We are seeking motivated Electrical Engineering Specialists to join our teams across Austria. Age: up to 48 years Working hours: 38.5 per week Salary: 35,000 40,000 gross/year Requirements: German B2, valid driving license B, completed technical apprenticeship/technical college Flexibility: Yes (shifts, weekends, oncall duty) Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical & overhead line systems Support construction, renovation projects, and winter service operations Operate rail vehicles when required Prepare materials/equipment and maintain technical records Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all operations Requirements Eligibility Criteria: Completed apprenticeship/technical college certificates or equivalent (for training outside Austria) German language proficiency till B2 level Valid driving license B (mandatory from day one) Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and outdoors in all weather conditions Successful completion of psychological aptitude & physical fitness tests (EU & TU2) Benefits Salary & Other Benefits: Competitive Salary: 35,000 40,000 gross/year Full Reimbursement: 100% coverage of migration costs & German language learning expenses Accommodation Support: Assistance in finding suitable housing Work Visa: 2year validity, renewable by client Family Visa: Opportunity to bring family and settle together Permanent Residence Pathway: Eligible after 5 years Stable Career Opportunity: Secure, noncontractual role with longterm settlement prospects in Austria
