ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR 


Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and mechanical industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Estimator in Denver, CO.



Electrical Estimator Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation for the Electrical Estimator is $80,000 - $105,000.

    • Electrical Estimator Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review of project documents.
  • Identify scope of work, material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
  • Jobsite visits as required.
  • Coordinate with preconstruction team, engineers, and general contractors to identify potential gaps in scope.
  • Gather quotes from and qualify vendors and subcontractors.
  • Completion of bids in a timely manner.
  • Value engineering.
  • Follow up on past awards.
  • Extensive background with projects such as: high rise condos, hotels, airports, and hospitals, commercial.



    • Electrical Estimator Qualifications
  • Understanding of estimation process.
  • Indirect Supervision.
  • Prior experience within electrical estimating of commercial, healthcare, higher education, multi-family projects valued at $10-30M+. Data Center Experience a plus.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
