Electrical Estimator I Skippack, PA Yearly Salary: $50,000- $65.000 Responsibilities: The Electrical Estimator will assist in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for upcoming commercial electrical projects. This role is ideal for someone who has commercial electrical experience from working in the field. Review project drawings, specifications and bid documents Perform quality take-offs for materials, equipment and labor Help prepare estimates, proposals and bid packages Maintain and update pricing, vendor lists and material cost information Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure smooth transition from estimating to operations Track historical project data for use in future estimates Additional Essential Functions: Work with project managers, service managers, and project foreman on change orders and costs to complete estimates of on going projects Communicate effectively with the general contractor, owner and/or owners re...
