ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Lehigh Valley-based electrical construction contractor hiring for a highly organized Estimator/Project Manager with extensive experience in construction either with an electrical contractor. This candidate must have past experience working on large commercial and industrial projects. Company is an established electrical contractor with excellent benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a strong understanding of electrical construction and all NECA codes, mathematical and analytical skills
Must have experience from ground up.
Strong understanding and background on how to write contracts, scopes of work, bids, do take offs, specify details, order and track construction material, read and understand all kinds of plans, write scopes of work, prepare schedules, visit construction sites and direct foreman, and assist the VP of Operations, in all construction...
