Job Description

  • Perform electrical failure analysis on a wide range of consumer electronic products and modules with minimal supervision.
  • Determine the appropriate analysis approach, execute investigations, analyze results, and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis on components such as MLBs, displays, batteries, cameras, and flex circuits.
  • Utilize electrical failure analysis tools and techniques including LIT, TDR, I-V curve tracing, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and digital multimeters.
  • Interface directly with internal requesters and coordinate with global laboratory teams on a daily basis.
  • Publish comprehensive failure analysis reports and present key findings to engineering teams and leadership.
  • Communicate interim findings, project status, and final conclusions while adhering to strict deadlines.
