Electrical Foreman

Overview

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works on infrastructure projects, ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and programme requirements. The role provides direct leadership to site operatives and subcontractors.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical works on site in line with approved drawings and method statements
• Allocate tasks to electricians and ensure productivity targets are met
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, other foremen, and subcontractors to avoid clashes
• Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements
• Monitor quality of workmanship and carry out first-line inspections
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and toolbox talks
