Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for two large multi-family projects starting in mid-March. This foreman role involves working closely with the project manager to guide daily activities on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a working foreman and be capable of managing a crew of 10-12 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project manager to plan and execute daily activities on site.
• Lead and manage a crew of 10-12 individuals, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Participate actively in the construction process by working on the tools as a working foreman.
• Oversee conduit installation, wiring, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
