Job Overview

We are representing NECA contractors seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead crews on large-scale commercial and data center construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to code.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electrical crews in commercial and data center environments

  • Plan daily work, manpower, and material needs

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

  • Install and oversee conduit, wire, panels, feeders, and switchgear

  • Ensure all work meets NEC, local code, and project requirements
