Position: Electrical Foreman
Industry: Construction Company
Location: Visayas & Mindanao Projects
Qualifications:
Must have a TESDA certificate
With prior experience as Foreman or Leadman
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledgeable in electrical installation, maintenance, and safety procedures
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the electrical team on-site
Ensure proper execution of electrical work according to project plans and safety standards
Monitor team performance, work quality, and adherence to timelines
Coordinate with project managers and other foremen for smooth workflow
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
