Position: Electrical Foreman

Location: Visayas & Mindanao Projects

Qualifications

  • Must have a TESDA certificate
  • With prior experience as Foreman or Leadman
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledgeable in electrical installation, maintenance, and safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the electrical team on-site
  • Ensure proper execution of electrical work according to project plans and safety standards
  • Monitor team performance, work quality, and adherence to timelines
  • Coordinate with project managers and other foremen for smooth workflow
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
