What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll lead crews on commercial jobsites and be responsible for daily execution, productivity, and quality.

• Supervise and lead electrical crews.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Track labor productivity and report progress.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and other trades.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices.
