Position Summary
Omega Contractors is hiring Electrical Helpers / Spotters for industrial/commercial work.
You’ll support electricians by keeping work areas safe, controlled, and ready—spotting lifts/equipment movement, staging materials, managing housekeeping, and handling basic support tasks.
This role is about safety, awareness, and crew support while you learn the jobsite environment.

Core Responsibilities
Spotter / Safety Watch (Primary)
• Spot scissor/boom lifts, forklifts, and material movement per site rules (line-of-sight, radios, hand signals as trained).
• Maintain exclusion zones (barricade/tape/signage), protect the public/other trades, and keep paths clear.
• Watch for hazards: overhead work, pinch points, swing radius, trip hazards, rotating equipment, and restricted areas.
