• Ensure compliance with quality control plans for electrical and instrumentation work, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.

This role involves supervising multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing timelines while maintaining excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate team members towards achieving project goals efficiently.

• Evaluate contractor performance regularly based on agreed-upon metrics including productivity rates, safety records, or delivery times.


• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers or QA Engineers when necessary.
