Alcoa is offering opportunities for 2 enthusiastic and proactive Electrical Instrumentation Technicians with HV switching experience to join our Willowdale Bauxite Mine, located south of Perth near Waroona.
This is your chance to work close to home in a hands‑on technical role, supported by a team that values safety, collaboration, and professional growth.
* EI Technician – Continuous Nights and Days Roster
Enjoy a family‑friendly rotation of 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 5 or 6 days off, providing excellent work–life balance.
* EI Technician – Days‑Only Roster
Work on a 3‑panel days‑only roster, with the benefit of only one weekend worked out of every three.
