Key Purpose of the Job:

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for hands on electrical and electronics maintenance of machinery, equipment used in production lines. This also includes repairs and services of electrical items, wiring, electronic panels, control panels and related instruments / gadgets used in the unit or plant facility. The role holder is responsible for attending to breakdowns and ensuring machine availability. Conducting Preventive Maintenance and repair services as per plan and schedule is critical to the role holder.

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

- Diploma in Engineering, in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics discipline

- Experience of around 4 to 6 years in Maintenance function from manufacturing sector

- Should possess hands on experience in electrical maintenance and repairs operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting electrical / electronic repairs and maintenance services for production machine and equipment breakdowns with immediate effect

2. Conduct preventive maintenance and repair services as per Preventive Maintenance schedule and plan

3. Track and monitor availability of maintenance spares and spares inventory

4. Participate in improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects in the function

5. Responsible for supervising Blue collar associates
