Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Aurangabad 

Experience Required: 3+ years (Experience in PLC Programming)

Qualification: BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

 Job Responsibilities: 

 Electrical Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical
equipment, machinery, and systems within the plant to ensure optimal performance and
minimal downtime.
 PLC Programming: Develop, implement, and troubleshoot PLC programs for
automation systems to control machinery and processes.
 Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive
maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and components to prevent breakdowns
and increase system reliability.
 Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical faults and issues promptly to minimize
operational disruptions.
 System Upgrades: Assist in upgrading existing electrical systems, machinery, and
control systems, implementing improvements for increased efficiency.
 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and
inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, production teams, and
maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of electrical issues.
Required Skills:
 Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or
similar PLC systems).
 Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, power distribution, and
industrial automation.
 Experience in industrial maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
 Understanding of electrical safety standards and practices.
 Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
 Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desired Qualifications:
 BE in Electrical Engineering or BE in Electronics Engineering.
 Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance with exposure to PLC
programming.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
