Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role: Team Member Plant Maintenance

Reporting to: Lead Plant Maintenance

Location: Vapi, Gujraat

Experience required: 5 to 8 years of experience

Education Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer 

Technical & Professional Knowledge required:

• Hands on experience in Machine / Equipment maintenance
• Machine up gradation, retrofitting & re-furbishing of old machines

Purpose of the role:

To provide complete support for driving the plant maintenance activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the team of entire maintenance department to achieve business objective of the organization & effective performance of the unit.
• Synergize the team to meet Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery objectives of the plant.
• Support for achieving quality of the product by strictly following defined production processes and quality assurance system.
• Liasioning with Govt. Authorities for Statutory and Legal compliances under various laws of Factories Act & MSEDCL & Electrical Inpsector authority
• Cost and Budget: Implementation annual plant maintenance budgets through inventory management (Machine structure project) and retro-fitment of equipment.
• Quality System: Support
• Installation and Commissioning of Equipments and utility based on scheduled plan. Ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to normal Operation
• Preventive maintenance: follow preventive and predictive maintenance compliance for equipment’s and utilities
• Corrective Action: Follow system (Why- Why analysis, CAPA, MTTR and MTBF) for supervisors & technicians to analyze equipment failures, determines cause(s) and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintenance spares: Determine appropriate stock level for maintenance spares based on demand forecasts, consumption patterns and equipment life and place order for on-time replenishment

Travel - REQUIRED
