Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Richmond-Upon-Thames
Package: £45,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Out of hours schedule: 1 in 4 weeks Call Out + 1 in 4 weeks 6am start for generator testing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team, covering a commercial site in Richmond-Upon-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & basic mechanical systems.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
