The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan, manage, and maintain all electrical systems of the plant ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations in compliance with statutory and safety standards.


Job Location- Greater Noida Plant


Key Responsibilities


Electrical Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage operation, preventive & breakdown maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and plant utilities.
  • Should have sound knowledge of PLC – Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
  • Ensure uninterrupted power supply and optimum energy utilization.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and lead root cause analysis (RCA).

Project & Installation

  • Execute electrical installations for new machines, expansions, and modifications.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and consultants for electrical works.
  • Review electrical drawings, load calculations, SLDs, and layouts.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety Rules, Factories Act, CEA regulations, and local statutory requirements.
  • Conduct electrical safety audits, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Ensure proper earthing, insulation resistance testing, and safety interlocks.

Energy Management

  • Monitor power consumption, power factor, and demand.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
  • Coordinate with DISCOMs for billing, load enhancement, and inspections.
