Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Electrical & Controls Leadership Lead, supervise, and support the electrical maintenance team, including electricians and technicians, ensuring safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, PLC-based controls, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, servos, and automation equipment (Allen-Bradley and Siemens).

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex electrical and control system issues.

Ensure plant electrical systems comply with NFPA 70, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Maintenance & Reliability Plan, schedule, and prioritize electrical maintenance work orders using the CMMS to support production requirements and minimize downtime.
