Job Description

  • Hands on experience of Maintenance for heavy duty CNC machines like Juaristi (HBM), HNK(VTL & VTC), Goratu TMC & HTL, Radial drill, VMC and Universal drill machines.
  • Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
  • SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
  • Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers etc. & Genie and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters 
  • Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressor, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
  • Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment like multimeter, clamp meter, earth tester, magger etc.
  • Working in shift duty and work at height for maintenance of EOT and Wall mounted cranes.
  • Basic AC and SC drive knowledge.
