Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities for our large-scale, Tier III/IV Data Center projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with international standards (TIA-942, Uptime, GB50174). This role requires strong leadership, exceptional client-facing skills, and deep expertise in high-voltage and critical power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical testing engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure team adherence to safety and quality standards.
