Responsibility :

• Ensure all designs and tender submissions comply with tender specifications, applicable standards, and relevant codes of practice
• Review tender submissions to ensure pricing is competitive and cost-effective to secure new projects
• Optimize project opportunities through market and demand analysis, price negotiations, and continuous engagement with consultants, building owners, architects, and developers
• Support future business growth through competitor analysis, supplier market studies, and timely preparation of accurate and competitive tender pricing in line with corporate project plans
• Manage and lead engineering teams and electrical engineering staff
