Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze electrical products, systems, and applications
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and customers
  • Assist in product development, testing, and quality assurance
  • Prepare technical documents such as datasheets, manuals, and application notes
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams
  • Identify market opportunities and potential customers for electrical products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create product presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement and marketing strategy
  • Translate technical product advantages into marketable solutions
