Job Title: Senior BIM Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the design, drafting, and coordination of MEP layouts, section details, space management planning, and plant room details.
In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings using Revit software.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively.

- Your salary range is SGD 3250 - 4500 per month.
